WARWICK’S EASTER FAIR EXTRAVAGANZA

WARWICK POTTERS’ ASSOCIATION INC. together with the WARWICK ARTISTS GROUP INC. take great pleasure in
announcing applications will open on Wednesday, 2nd January, 2019 for the Warwick Easter Fair Extravanger for
2019 in Leslie Park, Palmerin Street, Warwick. We invite local and travelling stallholders to join us on Saturday, 20th
April, 2019. We wish to promote handmade local arts and crafts and to provide a showcase for the many talented
people who live in South East Queensland. Preference will be given to handmade and unique products.
DETAILS -
* Warwick‘s Easter Fair Extravaganza, Saturday, 20th April, 2019 in Leslie Park Warwick.
* Times 9 a.m. till 2 p.m.
* A wide range of stalls, great food, lovely locatIon and plenty of childrens activities.
* Set up times, site maps and further details will be supplied approximately two weeks prior to the event.
PUBLIC LIABILITY AND LICENCES -
Southern Downs Regional Council has Public Liability Insurance coverage for Leslie Park and the Warwick Potters’
Association is covered for coordinating the Craft Market and their own stall. ALL STALLHOLDERS are required to have
their own Public Liability Insurance. You must attach a current ‘copy of renewal’, ‘receipt’ or ‘broker’s certicate’ with
your stallholder form.
FOOD LICENCE -
If your business requires a food licence, please attach a current copy with your stallholder form.
TEMPORARY FOOD LICENCE -
If you are a temporary food stall and with to prepare food on site, you will be required to have a ‘temporary food
licence’ available from the Environmental Services Department of the Southern Downs Regional Council prior to the
event. This will need to be attached to your stallholder application form.
POWER -
Please indicate in DETAIL the number and type of power required as outlets are LIMITED. Extension cords may be
necessary and must be tagged and tested. Gas and electrical equipment should be checked prior to the event.
POSITION -
Every eort will be made to meet with the stallholders needs, but nal acceptance and placement will rest with the
organisers.
SITE BOOKINGS -
Please complete application form and return it with a copy of proof of Public Liability Insurance, a copy of your good
and business licence (if applicable) and full payment to Warwick Potters’ Association by 1st APRIL, 2019.
While your form will be received, acceptance is dependent on suitability and availability of site.
PAYMENT OR VERIFICATION OF PAYMENT MUST ACCOMPANY APPLICATION FORM FOR IT TO BE CONSIDERED.
Should you be unsuccessful with your application, you will be advise by the 3rd April with your refund.
CARS IN PARK -
No vehicles are to remain in Leslie Park. All vehicles MUST BE unloaded by 8.30 a.m. and removed from the park.
Parking is available at the Rose City shopping Centre underground car park. Please keep parks around Leslie Park for
your customers.
